A consciously designed organization has a compelling vision, a healthy culture and active plan.

Alongside your organizational leaders and/or leadership team, I will support you from the creation of a compelling vision and desired culture, to set goals, and to mobilize your plans.  

This work will occur through a combination of conversations, leadership coaching, training and/or team and executive retreats.  Together we’ll explore your dreams, growing edges, and decide on the actions that will be taken to move you and your organization forward. 

Our work together will support you to:

  • Specify your desired outcomes in finance, people and impact

  • Identify and address blocks to your vision

  • Seize opportunities and take action
